You can start by googling (or asking ChatGPT) what you need to build this or that. Eventually you'll get some answers, and for each thing you don't understand or know how to do, you can google (or chatGPT) what it is, or how to do it. This lands you in the right tutorials for exactly what you want. If you don't have something that you want, look for something you want to build, because it will be much more motivating seeing something you like come to life as you learn and climb over walls.

I recommend starting with any course for beginners like CS50 or short courses on LinkedIn. You can try to write code in several programming languages, and later you will already decide what to choose and the direction of your development.

I wouldn't rely on W3Schools as the best source of web content. MDN would be a better choice. The best learning strategy, for me, is getting your hands dirty. Pick whatever language or framework you're trying to learn and build a micro app with it. Don't stick to tutorials on blogs and YouTube, really put the effort to build something yourself, regardless of how simple it is.
