I find that when I'm passionate about something I'm willing to go above and beyond (outside of work hours) to learn. There are tons of free tools, online courses, certifications, and communities on AI so don't let a job prevent you from growing. As you build skills, you may then be able to find clever ways to showcase the value of AI at work, or potentially even build a business case for your boss and company to invest in AI. That isn't always possible, so if you build AI skills, you'll be more marketable for future opportunities. Someone will see your value!
