Whether it's coordinating with a supplier, retraining employees, or buying equipment, you can find a solution. However, no solution is permanent without proper change management. You must develop your people if you want them to carry out the change. This requires transparency about the change, the "why" message, and constant communication with every step and milestone. Always involve your people! Make them feel like change is happening because of them and not to them.
