In my experience as both a leader and an entrepreneur. I leaned on empowering my team and I operate on an open door policy. Performance assessment are normally gathered after training of assessment of every individual, then it is fed in gap database. The system will analyse the performance and the weak areas will be highlighted. Second, feedback is very important tool. By understanding the needs and requirements to accomplish task effectively and efficiently, one must make sure the team has required skills and talents.
