What do you do if you're facing conflicts between different healthcare professionals?

In a situation where a conflict is felt at work in healthcare, having a private conversation is important to find a common ground of understanding. Ask the person to speak in a quiet area away from patients and other colleagues. Kindness is the bridge that keeps conversations respectful and fosters understanding. Promoting respectful communication and open-mindedness in our disagreements is key to fostering constructive conversations. Active listening can de-escalate the situation by showing that you value the other person's perspective, which can lead to more constructive conversations. Take turn in speaking, without interrupting each other, to address the root cause of the disagreement. Respectful dialogue is key.
