I agree but this happens when you are younger and you can adapt yourself with new technologies and you need to improve your skills.

I think upskilling is the key. We need to adopt new skills, be more aware of using AI in Sales, programming, QA and other domains of IT. Need to learn about new technologies like Blockchain, Vision Pro programming and other. If we are keeping pace with changes in IT then we can create the stability easily in IT job field.

Build a strong network with likely minded people. Always see the learning curve from others interactions. Talk to the Subject Matter Expert and learn maximum from the live examples.

Connect with professionals in your field through networking events, online forums, and social media platforms. Networking can lead to job opportunities and provide support during uncertain times.

Outside of only networking for an offer of employment, consider perspective from your network. After a recent reset, I asked former colleagues and friends and family who work professional positions to reflect on my current juncture and to make recommendations. The assistance freely provided was invaluable, actionable and poignant. Not everyone in your network is in a place to hire or to open a career door for you. It is a law of averages, an opportunity will present itself.

I have always pushed myself outside of my comfort zone. And I encouraged others as well. This is key for skill & know-how diversification. And you can start small, for example, in your company look for & participate in Cross-functional projects, or do some Shadowing. Outside work, try to do some personal projects and experiment with new frameworks.

Do a cross skills learning and this will create new opportunity even we in stable skillset. Learning new skills is like investing our time in the knowledge which always give the room of opportunities all the time

Embrace the flexibility of contract work to bridge gaps in employment and gain exposure to a variety of projects and industries. Contract positions can offer valuable experience and networking opportunities while providing financial stability during periods of uncertainty.

Something is better than not doing anything and getting contract work is the first step to entering into an organization and it will give good exposure to learn the culture and can improve the necessary expectations needed to be fulfilled to be a full time employment. Performing exceptional will give the most opportunity to convert into a full time employment

Always plan to save the money and after saving we need to plan our expenses. Always 50 to 60% of the income should be saved or invested for the future. This will give good experience to lead the financially strong and balanced
