There are two extremist positions to this question: 1- We have more military power, therefore we apply forest rule; i.e. we can have these resources by our military force: what we can see in Iraq and Gaza by US and its allies. 2- A humanistic view which sees globe in its totality, not separating our pale blue dot from the universe, and using its resources in environmental friendly procedure and forget all of disparities among different nations, their race, their religion, their views, their gender…and concentrates to stability and peace to see only one human race who has indefinite capability for innovation to receive the best for mankind.
