Having recently picked up DaVinci Resolve Studio, I can say that this is easily the most capable and valuable editing software. Its use of multi-cam editing and footage sorting in the cut page, smart and power bins, vfx compositing in fusion and optimization matches or exceeds any other editing software on the market. This is without mentioning what DaVinci Resolve was originally made for - colour grading. The colouring tools you have at your disposal far exceeds ANY editing software. It isn’t quite literally Adobe Lightroom for video, adopting many similar features.
