En mi experiencia lo primero es identificar la situacion actual, o sea, cuanto consumo en electricidad ( KW/Hr) y en gas ( JG), lo segundo es identificar el consumo en los proximos 36 meses, evaluar si sube o baja el consumo, usualmente sube.
