Natural intelligences reclaimed: curiosity, insight, inspiration and gut knowings, by reteaching ourselves to teach children to follow their own inner drive to discover that which creates solutions for the well-being of all, for that is the purpose of leaning and creating, not ingesting and giving back only that thought true before.
Our world: has more thinking and testing gotten us where we need to go? As life grows a plant, it lives in us to discover, which removes the weighty burden of passing on a load of former knowledge.
Following passions, students will seek to know that which from before is good and productive for answers needed now, and teachers will model the way.

Consciously prioritizing and honoring boundaries has become a recent focus for me. Boundaries aren't constraints; they safeguard my energies and well-being, preserving time and resources for the long haul. It helps me ensure quality interactions for each of my mentees as well.
Setting boundaries is not just about saying "no"; it's about prioritizing what truly matters. I have seen that setting limits preserves energy levels, enhancing interactions, and ensuring a sustainable and fulfilling mentorship or teaching journey.
Another way to balance your work and life is to prioritize and plan your tasks and activities. This means identifying what is urgent, important, or optional, and allocating your time and resources accordingly. It also means creating a schedule or a routine that helps you stay organized and focused. By prioritizing and planning, you can reduce stress, increase productivity, and avoid procrastination.
As a teacher, you don't have to do everything by yourself. You can delegate and collaborate with others to share the workload and the responsibility. This means asking for help when you need it, accepting support when it is offered, and offering assistance when you can. It also means working with your peers, mentors, or coaches to exchange ideas, feedback, or resources. By delegating and collaborating, you can improve your skills, expand your network, and foster a positive culture.

I agree when I taught at the end of the day I took a bike ride. Then I’d meditate eat and once a week go to a writing group and an acting class. The balance supported me and made me socialized and happy with bright people.

Take time even if it is a few minutes each morning to have alone time. Savor your morning beverage. Breathe in and out and just be. Invite your students to feel the time you savored each morning by implementing this into your classroom each day take time for students to just be. Breathe and be mindful of the surroundings. I taught for 30 years at every level raising four kids. I never took that time for me and it affected my wellbeing. Me first then the rest comes, apply strategies each day to enhance your wellbeing.
