Ask them how they would like to be communicated with. Not everybody has the same communication style. It’s important to know how the people around you like to be communicated with and adapt multiple ways of communication and multiple lines of communication so that communication can be received effectively from the receiver. Asking questions is a very important part of communication. If there has been a proven successful way to communicate with an organization, I will try to impress upon the success to the person in question. Maybe the way one person communicates can be implemented into the communication style for the group. If it can’t, this would need to be thoroughly explained and negotiate a happy medium for all parties.
