Remind 'em that takin' care o' themselves be as important as any task on their list—after all, a captain can’t steer the 🌊 ship if they’re runnin' on empty!

Dentro de lo que recomendaría para tener un equilibrio entre tu vida personal y laboral: Le guiaría para que identifique sus valores principales y las áreas de su vida que necesitan mayor atención. Estableceríamos límites saludables tanto en el trabajo como en la vida personal, aprendiendo a decir “no” cuando sea necesario y a proteger su tiempo y energía. Le sugeriría una rutina diaria de autocuidado, enfocándonos en actividades sencillas pero efectivas, como meditación, ejercicio, tiempo para sí mismo, y hábitos de sueño saludables. Fomentaría la delegación de responsabilidades en el trabajo y en casa, así como una planificación eficiente de su tiempo para evitar la sobrecarga y el estrés. Acompañamiento y seguimiento constante.

C'est le sujet n°1 de mes coaching. Comment équilibrer vie pro et perso. Pour cela, je reviens à ce qui est source d'épanouissement pour mon client dans ses différents domaines de vie : professionnel, vie sociale, famille, couple et sa vie personnelle (avec lui-même). Dans ce cas, on peut définir des objectifs pour chaque domaine et avancer pas à pas sur le sujet qui lui semble plus indiqué et qui le met le plus en joie. Mes coachés savent ce sont ils ont besoin et ce qu'ils sont en capacité ou non d'intégrer dans leur vie. Et puis le coaching est une expérience basé sur l'essai/erreur.
