Il y a 2 cas de figure à la prolongation : - faire durer séance plus longtemps, - ajouter de nouvelles séances. Lorsqu'un client souhaite prolonger une séance, je vais lui rappeler le cadre fixé au départ, à savoir la durée prévue pour la séance, et l'inviter à exprimer ce qui motive cette demande de prolongation pour bien comprendre son besoin. Si cela induit un nouvel objectif, je vais lui expliquer que cela fera l'objet d'une nouvelle séance, que nous allons peut-être pouvoir avancer par rapport au rythme habituel. De même, dans le cas d'un ajout de séance, l'important est de comprendre quel besoin se cache derrière. Dans tous les cas, il faut garder un échange ouvert avec le client et bien rappeler le cadre défini au départ.
