A well defined project scope must be structured in such a manner that the activity scope is well fitted into the geographical scope, this will enhance the project scope flexibility to accommodate changes and adapt or adjust appropriately.

Utilize proactive Risk Management strategies to anticipate and address potential scope creep triggers before they impact timelines and budgets. Regularly analyze variances to identify deviations early and take corrective measures promptly. Project teams can maintain alignment with stakeholders' expectations and deliver successful outcomes by adopting these measures.
