Stakeholder confidence is absolutely key, so ensure all your senior leads build on this and gain trust. Establish clear escalations protocols, if needed provide training that builds confidence and personal accountability. Finally, agree what constitutes an escalation and develop runbooks in conjunction with your stakeholders.

Es importante comprender que la calidad de vida es relevante para una entrega óptima de productos y servicios a los usuarios o consumidores. In my experience, I only handle one calendar, as I have one life. Everything is there, from taking my daughter to school, to lunch breaks and “me” time. I share with the team what my priorities are and how I like to distribute my time. I also share what are my expectations from their use of time and how setting boundaries translates into better work life integration. And I ask questions about it when they least expect it.
