D'après mon expérience, je pense que pour garder l'équipe motivée et résiliente après une violation de données, il faut être transparent, offrir un soutien émotionnel, transformer l'incident en opportunité d'apprentissage, reconnaître les efforts, fixer des objectifs clairs, et renforcer la cohésion d'équipe. Toutes ses actions aident à maintenir la motivation et à rebondir plus fort après la crise.

Ne pas chercher le coupable, ne pas culpabiliser, mais apprendre de ses erreurs. Mettre en place la logique du village Corse : celui qui quitte sa maison en fermant à clef insulte son voisin. Une équipe de confiance doit pouvoir se voir mutuellement et ainsi augmenter les chances de voir les intrusions avant qu'elles n'aient trop de conséquences.
