I had a project that is worth M$ that kept me awake until dawn. 🙀 During the challenging times of the project, I always check with my members if we are still on the same page. For the culture that I have worked with, doing small team building activities like weekly check ins thru having small snacks together or lunch outs or some stress management activities helped out. After these activities, I try to remind them the rationale of doing such project despite the challenges to assure them and to make them feel onboarded and part of a bigger picture for the organization.
