When i see a team member struggling quietly, I try to make them feel supported by checking on them. Sometimes just asking how they are doing can help. I also offer help by sharing their work or giving some useful tips to handle tasks better. Reminding them that they are capable and can handle the situation gives them confidence. Small actions like these can make a big difference and help them feel less stressed.

Setting realistic deadlines: Make responsibilities more manageable by changing timeframes. Providing assistance: Offer advice, resources, or training to help them be more efficient. Encouraging pauses: Remind them to take breaks to avoid burnout and stay productive. Assessing needs: Have a one-on-one discussion to understand the root cause of their struggles.
