Me sigue sorprendiendo la expresión: Yo supuse que ibas a.... El suponer que el otro lo haría sigue siendo un contexto repetitivo en las organizaciones, sin embargo, es simplemente es falta de comunicación, digo simplemente, pero es hoy día con tantos canales para comunicarnos, pareciera que podría ser más fácil, contradictoriamente cada vez nos comunicamos menos, nos distraemos más con estas varias opciones de canales, pero es menos la eficiencia en la comunicación. Por qué tengo esta impresión, porque estoy hace más de 15 años conviviendo en Organizaciones de todo tamaño y procedencia, y es la comunicación o la deficiencia de ella el factor común que he encontrado.
