Show them. Few like to be "convinced." Instead, be the guinea pig. Get some executive coaching. Let your team know that you'll be trying some new things, and that you'd appreciate their help and feedback as you learn and grow. They'll convince themselves because they're on the journey with you in a safe environment - this latter part is huge.
