Start by acknowledging their frustrations and validating their concerns. Offer step-by-step training and resources that make the learning process less overwhelming. Break tasks into smaller, manageable parts and encourage them to practice regularly. Show them the long-term benefits of the system, emphasizing how it will ultimately make their work easier. Be patient, provide ongoing support, and celebrate their progress to boost confidence and motivation.

Ideas que pueden ayudarte:
1. Confía en tu equipo.
2. Enséñales desde tu ejemplo que sí es posible.
3. Acompáñalos en su proceso.
4. Facilítales las herramientas.
5. Motívalos desde sus propósitos y metas.

To minimize resistance to new learning, regardless of the topic, always start by highlighting the personal benefits for your team.
This "what's in it for me" always yields results.
Whether its teaching them how to bake or build a car, the same principle applies.
So, start with empathy, make them understand that even though you are teaching them now, you also had a learning curve phase.
Next, offer support while explaining the benefits of the new system: streamlines workflow, automates tedious tasks etc..
You can also add that it enhances collaboration and equips them with valuable skills, boosting their career potential in the long run.

When my team faces a new system, I focus on patience and support. I tailor training based on roles, use a buddy system to foster peer learning, and break the process into manageable steps. Celebrating small wins along the way keeps motivation high. The goal is to create an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
