as a leader committed to long-term people development, i believe that to address the issue of role ambiguity within a team, it is important to have open and transparent communication about each member's responsibilities. by developing clear role descriptions and involving all members in the goal-setting process, we can create a collaborative and supportive work environment. in addition, providing regular feedback and holding performance evaluation sessions will ensure that each individual understands his or her contribution to the team's goals, thereby improving overall work effectiveness and efficiency.

Instead of just communicating (which is something I’ve struggled with), try to demonstrate the actual role in a real-time situation so that you can lead the process and learn from it. This way, the role can be adjusted as needed.
