I will suggest the following actions: 1- Be honest - tell them what you know and what you don't 2- Listen to their worries and take action where you can Keep daily work predictable and clear 3- Follow through on your promises 4- Show you care about their future 5 (Most important)- Never tell them that nothing else is going to change That's it. Trust comes from being reliable and straightforward, especially when things are uncertain.

Uncertainty about change generally stems from a lack of communication. If you clearly spell out what the change is, why it is happening and what steps will be taken, that will stem some of the uncertainty. That doesn't guarantee that everyone will agree with the initiative, but the ability to make sense of it will make things a lot easier.

Siempre hay que tener una comunicación abierta con el equipo cuando hay cambios organizacionales y lo más importante es generar sentido de propósito e intencionalidad con cada posición en donde conecten como desde su función son claves para el logro de los objetivos de la empresa y siempre tenemos que ser receptivos en escuchar su opinión y generar confianza.
