Have a single source of communication and remove all other sources where information is leakage is possible. Intimate the team to stick to and follow the instructions/ updates from that one particular channel alone. This should help solve the problem of scattered communication.

While your messaging strategy needs to evolve with the external marketplace and customer/stakeholder realities, the core messaging should not waver. Consistency is key. Alignment to purpose is critical. Messages that articulate actions taken that demonstrate the organization's values are mandatory. Evolve with the technology, platforms, societal situations -- do not evolve your core.
