Tasks ranking low in urgency and importance must never be done before tasks that are high in urgency and importance. Sales trackers should be set from daily weekly monthly quarterly half year and full year splits to track key KPI performance and identify gaps to be closed to enhabcr achievement of successful outcomes. Scheduler tools can be deployed to serve as reminders and as a follow up on task management to ensure tasks are prioritised.

They also regularly review and adjust their priorities based on changing market conditions and emerging opportunities, ensuring their efforts always align with the highest potential for sales growth.
