Get to know your co-workers well in order to identify the righteous ones who recognize workplace inequities and are willing to act on behalf of others. Beware of those who align with the exploited only for self-serving reasons. They are the ones most easily compromised by management cooptation and are susceptible to becoming informants. If you are patient and skilled at one on one work and assessing people, then you can develop a collective organizing core. This is key to eventually winning union representation and contributing to the broader working class movement. Such a movement will be necessary to achieve socialism and it is only then that we can truly revolutionize drug discovery.
