You are expected to understand the requirements, design the processes, communicate the changes, and facilitate the implementation of projects. But how can you go beyond your technical skills and become a better leader in your organization? What’s the first step to develop your leadership potential and influence others? In this article, we will explore some of the essential qualities and actions that can help you grow as a business analyst leader.

1 Define your vision

The first step to becoming a better leader is to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve and why.
