From my experience most of the time I go with MosCoW principle; thus When faced with conflicting feedback on a mobile app design, I categorize changes into MUST-haves (critical for functionality) and SHOULD-haves (important but non-essential). Implement MUST-haves immediately to ensure the app meets fundamental requirements. Prioritize SHOULD-haves based on impact and schedule them for future updates. Communicate decisions and rationale clearly to all stakeholders.
