Too often I've seen it's prioritized to say yes to request to "make the client happy", giving them exactly what they ask for, while at the same time sacrificing the overall success of the project. Sometimes the client would ask for a design or implementation change that doesn't align with the goals this project is trying to achieve and it's important to communicate the why behind that particular design decision and what would the potential consequences be if changed based on someone's personal preference. This can be something as simple of the size of an element or animation length. In the end, having a successful project, that users engage with and produce great results, it's going to make the client happier than saying yes to all.
