I previously worked with a client as a Retail Business Mentor who got negative feedback on their market research techniques. Rather of brushing it off, we welcomed the criticism as a chance to improve. We carefully considered the feedback, identified areas that needed work, and gradually made the necessary adjustments. This turned early concerns into an operational advantage by improving the accuracy of their market research and creating a culture of ongoing learning inside their team.
