In agreement to all the points mentioned below by my friends, would like to add another one: 1) As said clear communication is the key. 2) If the changes or new framework is not accepted, then check whether you have taken the sign off from stakeholder at every stage or not, if not then practice this process, will save effort and time. 3) In this way always engage the stakeholder in every stage, if not done prior then from immediate effect consider this into practice. 4) Address the pain points of stakeholder and try to showcase the solution that has a positive impact, this will reinforce trust. 5) Focus on benefits as cost saving, improved decision making and enhanced productivity. As mentioned by my friend present some facts.

Listen first. Most importantly, even if it looks like that, do not normalize stakeholders' concerns. That will push them away further. Treat their concerns with highest consideration. Understand and/or document the differentiation of Stakeholders' concerns and the Business Analysis framework. Is there really that much of a difference? If not, then create stories that gently pushes them towards your line. A lot of times, I find that multiple communications with same stakeholders results in different answers. That is a cue for the BA to start stitching the commonalities of stakeholders' expectations and the framework. Ultimately, if the framework does not address the concerns, then I am afraid we need contingency plans.

Its easier for stakeholders to acknowledge & receive change when it's clear what they stand to gain from it. Quantifying value-add as a result of the change will always get you buy-in. This could be in highlighting quicker turnaround times from analysis to solution delivery, value-add to business processes, customers or operational efficiencies derived that are core to stakeholders. This becomes much easier when the framework can be connected to positive impact to revenues, reduction in opex and thus overall contribution to profits. These will capture your stakeholders.

In my experience your goal is to ensure that stakeholders understand not only what changes are coming but also why those changes are beneficial. First, it’s crucial to identify and comprehend the specific concerns of your stakeholders. This involves active listening and possibly conducting interviews or surveys to gather their input. Showcasing benefits of the new venture is very important,after understanding the concerns of stakeholders,a detailed project that shows how you can tackle those concerns and also how additional benefits can be added . A visual representation backed by data is very important.While shows benefits,it is very much to focus on two things 1) Case studies that showed the benefit of a similar new venture 2) A visual representation backed by authentic data.

Training helps the stakeholders to understand the ideas that have been suggested better, it clears any doubt that was initially had, it also helps to clarify any questions or concerns the stakeholders have.

Pilots are a great way to alleviate the concerns that mature into roadblocks. More often than not - there already exists some workaround being leveraged by the staff. Incorporate/expand upon it - in turn sell the company; with minimal effort and as few ripples in the workflow as possible. It is important to ensure that these pilots are practical - don't create a pilot to prove a point; create a pilot that serves as a foundation for the overall solution. When the pilot is complete you should be able to check off a few user stories or epics in the project plan - for those familiar with the Agile methodology. A great way of keeping track of the moving pieces when you have to jump through hoops to get the wheels rolling.

Feedback collection is a vital part .And the processed feedback with the scoring system is to be implemented as subjective feedback is mostly based on perception. A scoring based feedback will give clear data and understanding.

As you receive feedback, keep a working list of recommended changes and share this list with all the stakeholders. Prioritize which changes will be made now and which will be deferred, and share the status with stakeholders as changes are implemented. If stakeholders see that their feedback has been captured, prioritized, and acted on, they will be more likely to feel ownership of the framework and make it a success.

Run a workshop and have stakeholders brainstorm with you. It’s hard to tear something down if you’ve been part of the process. Also it helps if without you providing a total solution they can come up with lots of parts of the puzzle thenselves

After gathering their POV, the information should be analysed to understand better the root cause for the pushback in order to better adress the concern.

In the modern world, flexibility is paramount to success in most industries but especially regarding building out a companies framework. In my experiences, each stakeholder will take a different approach to what makes them feel comfortable. A key could be finding the majority's opinion to pain points and offer solutions while creating connections with the more "key or alpha" stakeholders. Ive found those key stakeholders will often go to bat for you.

Fundamentally, something is wrong with this scenario. A solution is identified, yet there is pushback from the stakeholders. That tells me the requirements elicitation did not result in stakeholder buy-in or engagement. At best this sounds like an uphill battle. Worst case, you may need to go back and confirm the pain points of the current process and ensure the proposed solution mitigates those issues and the solution is clearly addressing the problem and not just the symptoms. There is an apparent disconnect between what is needed and the solution that has been proposed.
