When I receive conflicting feedback, I see it as an opportunity to understand how different audiences perceive my brand—almost like a market analysis. Each piece of feedback offers a unique perspective, whether it’s from clients, colleagues, or mentors. Instead of trying to incorporate everything, I use it to identify where my brand is flexible. I ask myself: -which parts resonate consistently, and which need more clarity? This lets me refine my brand, not by conforming to every viewpoint, but by strengthening the core message that ties them together. By staying adaptable at the core, I keep my brand authentic and open to growth.

Firstly I filter the point so to make sure they align with my principles my values and make sure the one who provided the feedback is part of my target audience otherwise the feedback could be unnecessary and not productive. If the points are still different from the perspective I have then I use empathy and see how can I adapt or apply this perspective so so to reach my final goal otherwise if the perspective is different and is not align with the result I aim then it's not a good idea to consider that feedback.
