Feedback and peer review both play a massive role in my art classroom. Every project concludes with feedback sessions where the students are allowed to review and critique each other's work. This allows me to inject my own individual feedback and cap the session with group feedback as well. Integrating it into my lessons in this way streamlines the process a great deal. Of course, there are always exceptions where I will need to provide feedback on a more individual level with the students, but those are generally one off cases.
