One thing that I do is I always set my personal to-do list, list my tasks that I have to finished in a single day, or a week. The list is sorted by priority scales. If possible, I can also utilize the new software to finish the assigned task as a learning-by-doing situation. Me personally I would do better in learning new software through learning-by-doing, if I face a challenge I will utilize various resources to solve that challenge (AI, tutorials on the internet, etc.) while of course, keeping in mind the priority scales that I've assigned before.

I love to delegate based on skill-set and interest. If the software/platform is multi-faceted, I often piece out learning objectives to members of my team. After a set period we come together and educate each other. This is an effective approach because it boosts team building and interdependence, builds an environment where we all have "skin in the game," and lightens the workload on the individual by using to power of the group to accomplish the same goal.

Managing multiple deadlines while learning new software requires a strategic approach to maintain productivity without feeling overwhelmed. Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact ensures that critical deadlines are met while allowing time for skill development. Allocating dedicated learning slots helps integrate new tools efficiently without disrupting workflow. Leveraging available resources—such as tutorials, documentation, and expert guidance accelerates the learning curve. Additionally, staying organized with project management tools and setting realistic expectations prevents burnout. By maintaining a balance between execution and learning, you can effectively manage deadlines while mastering new software.

Despite the limited time available due to tight deadlines, I make sure to identify the most urgent and high-impact tasks. If I can't meet all assigned deadlines, I prioritize minimizing the impact of any delays. When it comes to learning new tools, I rely on tutorials and guides to accelerate the learning process. I also seek assistance from AI tools to make the process even more efficient.

Managing multiple deadlines while learning new software requires a structured approach. Start by prioritising tasks—identify urgent deadlines and break them into manageable steps. Allocate dedicated time slots for software training, treating it as a priority rather than an afterthought. Leverage available resources such as tutorials, quick-start guides, and peer support to accelerate learning. Automate repetitive tasks where possible to free up time. Most importantly, stay adaptable and focus on progress over perfection.
