I carefully select influencers who genuinely align with our values and vibe. I prefer niche based influencer as generic are not good for ROI We must mention clearly in the contract about time-sensitive campaigns and what default constitutes I will make sure influencers have a clear understanding of our brand's voice, tone, and visual identity. I also review and approve every piece of content to ensure it's authentic and on-brand. Will use Trello or notion to be get updated on TIME. I will continuously monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to keep things on track

If you have built up a team of influencers as part of your Brand Ambassadors, it will be easy to tap into their power for time-sensitive campaigns and rest assured that the same quality and brand consistency will be there. If you have yet to build up this Brand Ambassador program, or do not have experience working with influencers, you will have to reach out to a great number of them to ensure there are enough interested in your time-sensitive campaign. You will also have to be very clear with them about the time-sensitivity, make sure they can work with a quick turnaround, and codify the agreement in a contract. Make sure that your quality standards and brand guidelines are part of the contract.
