In motivating such a diverse team for such a high stake project, it is crucial that there is alignment, recognition, and communication. First, clearly define the goals of the project and demonstrate how each team will play a significant role in success. Create a feeling of unity, while pointing to the shared objectives, respect should be kept in the unique differences that each team will bring along. Celebrate the milestones regularly; give recognition for boosting morale to individual and group achievements.
