Is everybody on board the checkpoint list and is every team member involved in achieving the milestone? Communication Effectiveness Score. Do shareholders and product holder understand what is changing? Adoption Rate of New Positioning Materials. Everybody has to have the same information. Project Timeline Adherence. Are we hitting the targets? Are we on schedule or off-schedule. People like to be on point with this.
