Open dialogue is indeed key to start the ball rolling and key to facilitating that is that all parties come to the table without judgement and willing to listen. This therefore requires some form of detox or venting by each party before coming to the table so they don’t bring that baggage to the table.

One thing I've found helpful is to adopt a conflict positive approach. The dialogue needs to be facilitated in a way that enables the real issues and the feelings that lie below them to be talked about in a safe space. It's important to enable all partners involved to recognize that conflicts are often the result of differing value prioritization, and that perhaps not enough effort has been made to understand each other's needs. Thanks for your nice question and for selecting this question for me. First I have Mou sing with a partner and also point out some significant rules for my project goals. When we start any project take care they have miscut the Terms & Conditions by close Monitoring. If we find any missing immediately try to control & Notice that partner. On the other hand, we thought it was a big issue then we sat there & discussed how we overcame this situation. So we have to look after the project continuously also after the quarterly report we have cross Monitoring. Till now this is how we have overcome our project. So I think it's it's will be a better solution for partners.

What I have found helpful in resolving conflicting program outcomes is understanding the real issues as presented by each partner. Place the issue in the table at the decision gates where a common position is found that works for each partner's strategic position.

I would identify common ground. Look for shared values or goals between your program and your partners. Identifying common ground can help establish a foundation for alignment and collaboration.

When sharing vision, remember that everyone learns/understands in diverse ways. Find multiple mediums to display information--kick it old school if need-be by making "worksheets" for team members to get a hands-on feel. In execution, this could be a meeting where we are creating a program model by understanding how we arrived at our present outcomes.

Define success collectively. Work together to create a shared definition of success. Discuss what outcomes are most important, how success will be measured, and what compromises can be made to align goals.

Set clear, measurable objectives. Break down the share definition of success and do specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) objectives. Ensure these objectives reflect a balanced approach that accommodates both parties priorities.

Success would probably be the outcome of discussion when you do it the right way, be specific to resolve issues to avoid conflict and to reach a goal. Remember people doesn't have the same mentality and abilities to cope up with issues surrounding the program when both parties agrees that could lead to success and will prevent conflicts whatever be the outcomes and it will just be depend on how you implemented the work.
