I start my Leadership Coaching journey by understanding in detail about my coachee - their Values, their beliefs, their Strengths and also their weaknesses. Also a very important question "Why is this Goal so important for you?" This helps me customize my approach & conversation style as well. By knowing their values & beliefs, I can tap into their emotional quotient and empower them to explore themselves. By understanding their Goals & strengths clearly, I can help them navigate through their journey efficiently. And when I know their "WHY" I can help them maximize their potential.
