Developmental goals are based on setting an intention that may not neatly show a measurable component, like "understand more about the industry" or "increase confidence in having tough conversations." La habilidad mas importante que necesitas desarrollar es la capacidad de autoanálisis. Puedes tener retroalimentación, pero necesitas pasarla por el filtro personal. "El pez no sabe que esta mojado..." Tu y yo no nos damos cuenta de lo que estamos viviendo o pasando hasta que hagamos el ejercicio de Autoanálisis para tomar decisiones. The idea of reflecting regularly should include things you are learning in your internship but also, things you brough into your internship that you can expand. An intern I know was a great student leader in her time, leading many clubs and community activities to draw people into her university specialty. Her internship is more technical, but she is learning to reflect on the new technical skills in the context of what it took to get people involved in her uni days. Not just how to complete a technical task, but what the task means in the larger context of the needs of the people who will ultimately be using the output. She is learning a lot of technical stuff but reflecting on how the pieces interrelate with the larger context.
