First of all I don't use automated comments or messages as they smell like AI. I create them to have a suggestion and then write something in my words using the structure and idea from those tools. Another way to show genuine is adding elements of a discussion into a message or comment within context or adding further value. Adding dialect, slang or anything else understandable for a human (but not a machine) helps to make it personal.

Assim, o cliente vai sentir que está conversando com uma pessoa de verdade, e não com uma máquina. O acercamento que pareça a maneira mais natural possível é essencial.
