Já falei sobre gestão do tempo e minhas falhas no autocuidado, mas tenho ajustado minha rotina de forma consistente. Pelo menos duas vezes por semana, logo cedo, faço exercícios físicos e mantenho a disciplina nos finais de semana. Até nas viagens, levo tênis e roupas de academia para não perder o ritmo. Consultas regulares ao médico também são parte essencial desse processo, ajudando-me a monitorar a saúde e manter o equilíbrio físico e mental. Essas práticas – exercícios, disciplina, planejamento e cuidado com a saúde – sustentam minha rotina exigente sem comprometer o bem-estar. Ajustar esses hábitos tem sido fundamental para alinhar desempenho e qualidade de vida.

Bloquear espacios en tu agenda para temas personales es una necesidad. Si no te permites descansar y recargar energías, terminarás funcionando con el tanque vacío, lo que impactará tanto en tu desempeño como en tu bienestar. Dormir, desconectar y descansar mejora tu capacidad para reaccionar frente a las exigencias diarias, y te ayuda a mantenerte enfocado y productivo.

Normalmente eu crio uma lista de atividades por ordem de prioridades, incluindo os horários para autocuidado. Eu também costumo fazer pequenas pausas entre uma atividade e outra para não sobrecarregar a mente. Isso me dá controle sobre a situação, me permite continuar sendo criativo e focado, aumenta minha disposição para conseguir cumprir o prazo e tudo isso sem deixar de me cuidar.

A main strategy I'm working on is getting better at saying "no". If saying "yes" means having to rearrange tooo many items, the answer needs to be "no".
