Merge overlapping content for a quick win. Make a list of your URLs, put the main target keyword next to them for each page. If any of the target keywords are the same then you should check to see what each page offers. Is each page unique or do they contain similar content?
Here you can decide whether to merge the best bits together to create a single, stronger piece of content or to make them distinctive from one another, to prevent cannibalisation.
