Exemplo: se eu falo em português, não adianta eu gritar, espernear, xingar, se a pessoa que está ouvindo é russa. Qual é a efetividade daquilo que eu transmito, sendo que a pessoa não consegue ao menos compreender o que estou falando? – "Com quem", é tão importante quanto "o que".
