But smart leaders will provide the discussion table as well as the platform for all the team members to act. 1, Empowering the team on decision making: should be the first step so that to ensure they are really in the table. 2, creating the platform: encouraging and giving them the tool to present to bring it anx use it in the table. 3, Ensuring all votes are in the table: going individual or mass level discussion with your team. And encourage open as well as friendly approach. (This should be the team sprite in a daily basis of the work environmen)
