I personally feel that creating a project tracker, and sharing it across the team, highlighting the project task timelines, team members responsible for each task, comes in real handy, in effectively achieving the desired output. It helps everyone involved in taking ownership of their assigned tasks and being responsible for its completion. Assigning a senior team member for QCing of each task further makes sure, that everything has been duly checked and is in the right order.

In a scenario where you are managing an array of projects and deadlines, there are a wide variety of tools which you can use to keep everything in order. One tool I use everyday is my Outlook Calendar. With Outlook, you can easily populate your calendar with all your meetings and automatically set reminders to ensure that you don't forget to attend them! It's simple but very effective! But different people have access to different tools! So ask your colleagues and friends if they use any tools to deal with the difficulties above!
