Mir ist aufgefallen, dass es für ein virtuelles Training am besten vorab von der Führungskraft ein Ziel definiert wird und dies im Anschluss gemeinsam bewertet wird. Durch die Arbeit an einem gemeinsamen Ziel können Konflikte besser vermieden bzw. im Nachgang effektiver besprochen werden. Zudem Kommunikation hilft in der Regel überall und sollte zur Hilfe nähme eines Dritten durchgeführt werden, falls es mal zu Diskussionen kommt.

I always think its important to set some guiding principles in the beginning of a training session, especially on that could prompt conflicting views. Set the boundaries as a place for open challenges and dialogues. Ensure everyone can feel safe and respected despite not agreeing. Allow the participants to add to the guiding principles so they have ownership.
