This is completely true.. and Music you may not have the luxury of being able to plan.. so you might have to do what they call freestyle.. meaning you have to have a higher level of improvisation, to match your skill set.. a lot of people are very uncomfortable with not knowing what is going to happen next.. that’s not a good recipe for success in business all the time.. sometimes you have to go out and create your budget in order to finally plan on a budget if you’re not getting the proper backing.. the reward factor is so much more fulfilling..

In my line of work my job is already done, I focus on is the craft. That makes focusing on the business side that much more easier. You can’t force people to follow you. There are a lot of jealous people who know that they can get away with seeking out like-minded people to make it look like they are not being negative.. I’ve seen people be humiliated for being beautiful, handsome, tall, whatever form of discrimination, it may be. You cannot get upset if people don’t want to see you shine.. all you can do is Shine right in front of their face with or without them. Look at all of the pictures are posted.. thousands!! And I’ve never thrown one show in Utah?!?!? that’s not my fault!! But now I have money!! now they stalk me.. no record deal???

Technology is progressing so fast that studio produces will enable themselves to cut out the middleman!! Where is artist have to be hard on ourselves if we’re being shut down by other people.. and what I mean by work harder, I really mean work harder!! You may have to transcend something.. this is not picking on you. It is just your rights of passage to be respected in this industry.! There are people who do not want to see you here and going to court isn’t gonna solve anything!! You have to take failure seriously!! it’s not an option to fail
