From my experience, junior or senior are just labels. There are 2 types of people when you need to get something done: 1. The ones that are have to be told how to get the task done and 2. The ones that can find out how to get the task done. If you don't know the answer read, learn, practice until you know. Don't be afraid to ask other colleagues. They might know something you don't but I'm sure you already know something they don't. Trust yourself and consider every opinion, regardless of the "title" or the "label" of the person.
