I was recently coaching a senior candidate that was looking activley looking for a role. the first thing I did as part of my service was a social media Audit. this instantly revealed why they were getting over looked. Here is what they did wrong and mistakes you should avoid. LinkedIn was out of date and not congruent with thier CV. the linkedIn was not optimised - Image was not clear, head line was nto relivent, and there activity was out of date. to make it worse the ativity that was easy to find was them constantly being critical and judgmental of others. Unfortunalty if you are apply for a senior role you must understand you online presence will be used for you and against you so think before you post or comment.
